Interior CGI
For interior designers, residential studios, private homeowners, kitchen and bespoke furniture businesses. We can join at the first sketches, helping develop the visual direction of a space through CGI while the designer retains overall creative direction.
What we work from
Preliminary sketches, floor plans, basic drawings, mood boards and references, plus any material or furniture ideas. Partially developed concepts are welcome; complete interior drawings are not always needed.
What the service involves
- Early concept and layout exploration with the designer.
- 3D modelling of spaces, bespoke furniture and joinery where required.
- Testing materials, finishes, colours and furniture arrangements.
- Architectural and decorative lighting, styling and camera compositions.
- Draft visualisations and refinement at agreed review stages.
Deliverables
High-resolution photorealistic interior images for design reviews, client presentations, property marketing and other agreed uses.
Additional capabilities
Detailed joinery views, alternative finishes and further visual development can be included in the agreed scope. Full professional interior design and unlimited development are not automatically included.
View Interior ProjectsArchitectural CGI
For architects, architectural practices, developers and private clients with an established architectural design. We translate the architecture supplied by you or your architect into convincing exterior imagery, with considered materials, context, lighting and camera composition.
What we work from
Accurate architectural plans, elevations, sections and building dimensions, together with site information and relevant specifications. Landscape drawings, surrounding context and material references help define the environment.
What the service involves
- Architectural 3D modelling from supplied documentation.
- Exterior materials, finishes and façade detailing.
- Site context and landscaping from available design information.
- Exterior lighting, atmosphere and environmental composition.
- Ground-level and elevated architectural camera views.
Deliverables
Photorealistic exterior images showing the agreed building views and environmental compositions for presentation or marketing.
Additional capabilities
Aerial views and real-site photo integration can be scoped where appropriate. Architectural design, engineering, planning compliance certification and construction documentation are outside this visualisation service.
View Architectural ProjectsLighting & Product CGI
For lighting and furniture manufacturers and design-led product brands. We can independently develop complete visual environments around your products, from an original interior concept and brand-led styling through to consistent collection imagery. A finished interior design is not required.
What we work from
Suitable product 3D models or technical references, dimensions, finish samples and product details. Brand references, collection information and intended image uses guide the visual direction; geometry preparation is agreed individually.
What the service involves
- Preparing or refining product geometry where agreed.
- Realistic product materials, finishes and lighting.
- Studio imagery and original lifestyle interior environments.
- Brand-led palettes, styling and product placement.
- Individual and grouped compositions with collection-level consistency.
Deliverables
Studio-style product images, lifestyle interior CGI, grouped product visuals and agreed assets for catalogues, websites, campaigns and collection launches.
Additional capabilities
Close-up material studies and cinematic product content can be commissioned separately. Creative scene development concerns the visual environment and presentation, rather than physical product design or engineering.
View Lighting & Product ProjectsCommercial CGI
For design studios, architects, hospitality businesses, developers and commercial clients. We visualise restaurants and bars, hotels, offices, retail, showrooms and leisure facilities. Our creative involvement is shaped by the commission, from CGI production to agreed visual concept exploration.
What we work from
A defined brief, floor plans, design documentation and project requirements. Furniture, materials, finishes, supplied branding and reference imagery establish the intended character and presentation needs.
What the service involves
- 3D modelling of commercial spaces and supplied design details.
- Materials, finishes, furniture and branded elements.
- Lighting, atmosphere and camera compositions.
- Exploration of agreed design options and visual concepts.
- Draft imagery for stakeholder review and final CGI production.
Deliverables
High-resolution commercial CGI and other agreed presentation material for client review, stakeholder communication, promotion and marketing.
Additional capabilities
Material alternatives and visual concept development can be scoped with your team. Full commercial interior design and technical architectural services are not automatically part of CGI production.
View Commercial ProjectsCinematic Animation
For architects, interior designers, developers, product brands and commercial clients. A pre-rendered film uses a planned sequence of shots to communicate movement, atmosphere and spatial relationships, with a finished narrative that the viewer watches.
What we work from
An existing suitable CGI scene, or project information from which the environment can be developed. References, key viewpoints, communication goals and intended viewing formats help shape the film brief.
What the service involves
- Preparing the 3D environment and refining materials and lighting.
- Planning camera movement, shot sequences and visual storytelling.
- Camera animation and walkthrough sequences.
- Rendering and appropriate atmospheric effects.
- Editing, post-production and preparation of agreed formats.
Deliverables
A completed pre-rendered film: an architectural walkthrough, interior animation, cinematic project presentation or product video, with duration, resolution and formats agreed for the commission.
Additional capabilities
Alternative edits, presentation formats and sound treatment can be discussed as part of the brief. Animation requires a prepared 3D environment; scene development is scoped according to the available material.
View Longbourn House FilmInteractive 3D Experiences
For designers, architects, developers and businesses presenting digital spaces. Unlike a pre-produced cinematic film, an interactive experience lets the user navigate a real-time 3D environment, choose viewpoints and explore the project at their own pace.

What we work from
A suitable 3D model or defined project documentation, the required navigation and interactions, intended audience and target devices. Delivery and hosting requirements are established with the project brief.
What the service involves
- Real-time scene development and optimisation in Unreal Engine.
- Materials, lighting and environment preparation.
- Free navigation and exploration from different viewpoints.
- User interface and navigation menus where required.
- Technical review of performance and the agreed interactions.
Deliverables
An agreed interactive experience or real-time presentation, with the access method, device requirements, delivery and any hosting arrangement defined individually.
Additional capabilities
Material and finish switching, lighting or time-of-day variations and guided presentations may be included. Available interactions are agreed per project; every feature is not included by default.
